Outside of her work, she is an avid arts patron, having been a donor to SF Ballet and Diablo Ballet for years. Leyla has even taken to the stage, notably as the leading actor in Shelton Theater’s rendition of the play “God of Carnage “ by Yasmina Reza.
Leyla and her two children are happily residing in the East Bay’s tri-valley area. The children are thriving in their studies, which include her native tongue of Farsi. During her leisure time, she enjoys relaxing with a glass of French Bordeaux, cooking delicious Persian lamb kabobs for friends, or planning her next trip abroad.
